TOWN HALL Home to both the legislative and judicial offices of Afterglow, walking into this wooden building from decades past let's most people know just why a there are no police officers around. Sitting in on a court hearing, it seems that the only problems that Afterglow's government has time for are the petty ones whose resolution is not guilty or innocent, but the simple legislative upsets that keep a town's cogs spinning.. |

CLEAR DAY CREDIT UNION To put it simply, Clear Day is Afterglow's petty excuse for a bank. Having been stolen from about five times in the past decade, not much of the town trusts it with important documents or large sums of money anymore. But with the work of it's new bank manager, Stew Blanknote, Clear Day has begun to regain some of those accounts upon which every good bank relies. |

THE TUMBLE AND WEED Out in the barrens, in between the Driftwood Estate and the Train Station, lies this standalone bar. The Tumble and Weed is both an inn and a rest stop, and many a weary traveler, having left a daring escapade in The Manor House, spend their nights recuperating here. |

THE STATION The Station is that one glorious place where people seem to believe that they can escape Afterglow. Afterglow is the first stop before an extensive journey that leads to goodness knows where, or on the other hand, is your last stop on a train that came from who knows where. And who knows when it's leaving again. The only reason, it seems, that Afterglow hasn't left itself in the dust is due to the community's diehard belief that better things will come. |

EASY TALK The town of Easy Talk isn't much of a town and is more of an outpost that has since become permanent. Once a part of Driftwood Estate, when the estate closed, it turned into a refuge for the laid off laborers that once worked the wheat fields. Though those laborers have become the grand-parents of the Dustbowl's residents, their community seems to live on here, somehow.
