The Station is that one glorious place where people seem to believe that they can escape Afterglow. Afterglow is the first stop before an extensive journey that leads to goodness knows where, or on the other hand, is your last stop on a train that came from who knows where. And who knows when it's leaving again. The only reason, it seems, that Afterglow hasn't left itself in the dust is due to the community's diehard belief that better things will come.
